An HVAC Funnel Built for the 9pm Emergency Call

GoHighLevel · Emergency-led landing page + dispatch, wired into the CRM

This is an HVAC funnel design I built in GoHighLevel for a Houston heating-and-cooling company — a page for the homeowner whose AC just died in August and needs a truck today. Every section below earns its place by doing one thing: turn a panicked search into a dispatched call, fast, with the trust signals a stranger needs before they'll pick up the phone.

THE GOAL

Turn an emergency AC/heat search into a booked, dispatched service call — day or night.

SECTION 01STRATEGY

THE APPROACH

  • Lead with the emergency, not the equipment brands — speed is the product.
  • Stack licensing, insurance, and review proof right under the hero so a cold visitor trusts the number.
  • Make the phone number and 'Book' the two loudest things on every screen.
  • Wire call-and-book into the GoHighLevel CRM so after-hours leads are captured, not lost.
SECTION 02TEARDOWN

SECTION BY SECTION

HVAC funnel design — speed as the headline (HERO section of the Frontline Heating & Air funnel)
01HERO

Speed as the headline

The hero promises the one thing an emergency searcher wants — 'the HVAC repair Houston actually trusts,' same-day — with a 5.0 Google / 4.9 Facebook / 5.0 Yelp rating row directly beneath it. The phone number and 'Book' button sit above the fold so the fastest path to a call is the first thing in reach.

HVAC funnel design — answering 'can i trust this stranger?' (TRUST BAR section of the Frontline Heating & Air funnel)
02TRUST BAR

Answering 'can I trust this stranger?'

Licensed & Insured, BBB A+, Google Guaranteed — plus 4.9 from 900+ reviews, 6,000+ repairs, ~60-minute response — in a single strip. For a service you're inviting into your home at night, this credibility band does more work than any paragraph could.

HVAC funnel design — fast repairs, 24/7 support (WHY FRONTLINE section of the Frontline Heating & Air funnel)
03WHY FRONTLINE

Fast repairs, 24/7 support

This block reframes the whole pitch around availability: same-day fixes and round-the-clock support. When the deciding factor is 'who can actually come now,' leading with responsiveness is what wins the call over a competitor.

HVAC funnel design — what we fix, at a glance (SERVICES section of the Frontline Heating & Air funnel)
04SERVICES

What we fix, at a glance

A clean 'what we fix' grid — AC repair and service front and center, then heating, installs, maintenance. It confirms the visitor is in the right place for their exact problem without burying the CTA under a long capabilities list.

HVAC funnel design — from your call to cold air (PROCESS section of the Frontline Heating & Air funnel)
05PROCESS

From your call to cold air

A three-step 'call → we dispatch → cold air' walkthrough makes the next move feel effortless and predictable. Removing uncertainty about 'what happens after I call' is what turns a hesitant browser into a dial.

HVAC funnel design — real reviews from houston (SOCIAL PROOF section of the Frontline Heating & Air funnel)
06SOCIAL PROOF

Real reviews from Houston

Local, named reviews — Houston homeowners describing fast arrivals and honest fixes — mirror the visitor's own situation. Proof from the same city they're searching from lands harder than a generic star count.

HVAC funnel design — proudly local, greater houston (LOCAL section of the Frontline Heating & Air funnel)
07LOCAL

Proudly local, greater Houston

A 'proudly local, serving greater Houston' block signals fast arrival and neighborhood accountability — and quietly reinforces the local-SEO relevance that gets this page found in the first place.

HVAC funnel design — no cool air? we'll be there. (FINAL CTA section of the Frontline Heating & Air funnel)
08FINAL CTA

No cool air? We'll be there.

The page closes on the emergency it opened with — 'No cool air? No heat? We'll be there' — one call-to-book, no competing links. The visitor who scrolled the whole way gets exactly one obvious next step.
