AI Voice Agents That Answer, Qualify, and Book

Phone agents on Vapi & Retell, wired into the tools you already run.

As an AI voice agent developer, I build phone agents on Vapi and Retell that pick up every call, sound human, qualify the caller, and book the meeting — then write it all back to your CRM. No missed leads, no voicemail black hole, no hiring a night shift.

SECTION 01THE PROBLEM

THE PROBLEM

The problem with missed calls.

  • Every unanswered call is a lead handed to a competitor who picked up.
  • Voicemail conversion is brutal — most callers never leave one and never call back.
  • Hiring, training, and staffing a phone team for 24/7 coverage is expensive and slow.
  • Generic IVR menus frustrate callers and rarely capture what they actually need.
SECTION 02THE FIX

WHAT I BUILD

A voice agent that handles the whole call — greeting a known caller by name, answering with live data from your systems, qualifying against your criteria, and booking straight onto your calendar. It hands off to a human when it should, and logs every call for you to review.

  • Low-latency, natural conversation with barge-in (callers can interrupt)
  • Live lookups mid-call — CRM records, availability, pricing, order status
  • Real-time booking onto Google Calendar, Cal.com, or your CRM
  • Warm human handoff and post-call transcript + outcome logging
SECTION 03WHO IT'S FOR

BUILT FOR YOU

Agencies

White-label voice agents you can deploy per client and add to your service stack — built to resell.

Business owners

A phone line that answers, qualifies, and books 24/7, so no lead slips through after hours.

Small business & solo

A one-time build you own outright — set up once, no monthly agency retainer to keep it running.

SECTION 04SCOPE

WHAT YOU GET

01A configured Vapi or Retell agent tuned to your scripts and brand voice
02n8n / backend integration to your CRM, calendar, and data sources
03Inbound and/or outbound call flows with graceful fallbacks
04Post-call logging, transcripts, and outcome routing (booked / follow-up / human)
05A short runbook so your team can tweak prompts and monitor spend
SECTION 05PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS

01

Map the call

We define the ideal call: what the agent answers, qualifies, and books — and where it must hand off to a human.

02

Build & integrate

I build the agent and wire it into your CRM, calendar, and data so it acts on real information, not scripts alone.

03

Test on real calls

We run real scenarios, tighten latency and edge cases, and read transcripts until it holds up.

04

Launch & monitor

We point a real number at it, watch spend and outcomes, and iterate from actual call data.

SECTION 06QUESTIONS

COMMON QUESTIONS

Vapi or Retell — which do you use?

Both. I pick based on your latency needs, telephony setup, and budget. The orchestration layer (n8n / your CRM) stays the same either way, so you're never locked in.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. Modern voice models with proper turn-taking and barge-in feel natural. The giveaway is usually bad plumbing — slow lookups and dead air — which is exactly what I engineer around.

Can it book directly onto my calendar?

Yes. The agent checks real availability mid-call and creates the booking, then sends an SMS or email confirmation so the caller has written proof.

What does it cost to run?

You pay per-minute to the voice provider plus any model usage. I set up logging so you can see spend per call and load-test before a real number goes live.
